At HomeDrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
1. Return Period
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as personal care products, customized products, and gift cards. These items are excluded from the return policy.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or proof of transaction) is required to process the return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at homedropusa@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the Return Authorization Number, pack your item securely and send it back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please note: HomeDrop recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Restocking Fees: We may charge a restocking fee for certain items that are returned opened or used, as specified in product listings.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at homedropusa@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return label and either a full refund or replacement depending on the situation. We require the item to be returned to us for a replacement or refund.
7. Sale and Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased using discounts may be subject to different terms. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. International Returns
For international orders, the same return conditions apply. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to provide return labels for international returns.
